Julie Taylor Soltes is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry. She is recognized for designing and delivering high-impact training programs, guiding executive retreats, and ensuring HR policy alignment with evolving legal and operational standards. Throughout her career, Julie has led HR strategy across multi-property portfolios, implemented enterprise-wide payroll and learning systems, and supported both large seasonal and international workforces. Her approach blends strategic insight with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, enabling her to drive meaningful results—from increased employee engagement to improved compliance and operational efficiency.
